Neutrogena® Deep Clean® Cleansing Oil is clinically proven to effectively cleanse your skin and remove 100% of waterproof mascara without clogging pores or stripping away your skin's natural oils.

Its Water Activating Formula is an effective blend of fine, light oils. These transform into a milky lather that cleanses gently and washes away with no greasy residue. Neutrogena® Deep Clean® Cleansing Oil lifts away stubborn impurities and excess oil while maintaining the health of your skin barrier, leaving your skin perfectly clean and soft.

Mineral Oil, Isopropyl Isostearate, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Polysorbate 80, PEG-8 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Sorbitan Trioleate, Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Water, PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, PPG-10 Cetyl Ether, Benzyl Alcohol, Fragrance, Propylparaben, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract.

Massage on dry face in a gentle, circular motion. Add water and massage until it changes into a milky texture. Rinse thoroughly.
