Terms & Conditions (Neutrogena® Malaysia)

1. The Organizer of this Neutrogena® Hydro Boost™ Water Gel 5g sampling program (“Sampling Program”) is JNTL (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., with its business office at Level 8, The Pinnacle, Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, 46150 Selangor, Malaysia
2. The Sampling Program is open to all residing citizens of Malaysia. Employees of JNTL (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., its affiliates and/or related companies, distributors, advertising agencies, contractors, and service providers, the immediate family members of said employees are not eligible to enter this Sampling Program.
3. This Sampling Program will run from 28^th April 2021 till 30^th April 2021, 11:59PM while stocks last. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the Sampling Program period without prior notice.
4. The Neutrogena® Hydro Boost™ Water Gel 5g sample and a RM5 Neutrogena^® Hydro Boost™ discount voucher will be mailed to the recipient and it is limited to successful applicants. However, we seek your kind understanding should there be any delay in deliveries due to the impact of COVID-19 and related challenges.
5. To participate in the Sampling Program participants need to provide and register their full personal information in Neutrogena®’s website to redeem one (1) Neutrogena® Hydro Boost™ Water Gel 5g sample and a RM5 Neutrogena® Hydro Boost™ discount voucher.
6. Participation is voluntary. By entering the Sampling Program, participants are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions of the Sampling Program as listed on this page and to the Sampling Program announcement/s (“the Terms”). The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms at any time.

Duration

1. This Sampling Program will run from 28^th April 2021 till 30^th April 2021, 11:59PM

Validity

1. Upon the successful sample redemption, the RM5 Neutrogena® Hydro Boost™ discount voucher is only valid until 30th June 2021, 11.59PM in Guardian stores and Guardian online, except KLIA and Guardian Store In-Store Giant shopping floor.

Promo Code Sampling Process

1. Each participant (identified by name, unique email address and phone number) is limited to One (1) redemption for one (1) time on a first come first serve basis, throughout the Sampling Program period, while stocks last.
2. The Organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the RM5 Neutrogena^® Hydro Boost™ discount voucher redemption process contained herein at any time without prior notice.
3. Participants are required to provide and register their personal full details including Full Name, Mobile Number, Mailing Address & E-mail Address to redeem for the Neutrogena® Hydro Boost™ Water Gel 5g and RM5 Neutrogena® Hydro Boost™ discount voucher. Incomplete or insufficient details will render the entry ineligible.
4. The RM5 Neutrogena® Hydro Boost™ discount voucher will be delivered to the mailing address provided by the participant along with the Neutrogena® Hydro Boost™ Water Gel 5g on the date of redemption submission.
5. The Organizer retains sole discretion to withhold the discount voucher without liability if in its view a participant is ineligible, disqualified, the entry is invalid or a participant does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions.
6. Participants must abide by the terms and conditions of the party[ies] arranging and/or providing for the voucher and the terms and conditions attached to the voucher, if any.

Liabilities and Responsibilities

1. The Organizer and its entities assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any accident, harm, damage, losses (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or charges, injuries, unforeseen circumstance, and any inconvenience or any other liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising through participation of this voucher giveaway or in connection with the fulfillment of any product and voucher, nor for any charges in dates or in times or cancellations which may prevent the participant(s) from taking the original product and voucher offered or any part of the product and voucher, or for lost or stolen product and voucher.
2. Participants release the Organizer and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, branches, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Sampling Program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sampling Program and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the product and voucher, including liability for any personal injury or death except where prohibited or limited by law.

Privacy Notice

1. We collect your personal information, specifically your name, mailing address, email address and mobile number, to enable you to enter this Sampling Program and for Sampling Program - related administration purposes. If you do not give us these details, you will unfortunately be unable to enter this Sampling Program. Subject to some exceptions permitted by law, you may request access to your personal information while we retain it. Reasons why will be given if access is denied. Your personal information will be securely destroyed once any statutory or other records retention period expires. By entering this Sampling Program, you consent to the processing or your personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions. With your consent, we will also use your personal information to build our customer relationship management with you and to send you exclusive offers, product updates, and other marketing and promotional information about our consumer healthcare product range, including but not limited to targeted advertising, sampling efforts, events and activities, through email or SMS. Rights of the Organizer

1. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Sampling Program in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
2. The Discount Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. The Organizer reserves in its sole discretion to substitute the items or any component of the items should the participant(s) fail to comply with any of the rules and/or applicable laws for any reason whatsoever.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Discount Voucher should the participant(s) fail to comply with any terms or conditions of the Sampling Program and/or applicable law for any reason whatsoever.
4. By participating in this Sampling Program, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions and decisions of the Organizer.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, annul or rescind the terms of the Sampling Program without further notice. The Organizer’s decision on any matter concerning the Sampling Program is final with respect to any aspect of the Sampling Program. Organizer will accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified.
6. Organizer’s decision is final. Correspondence and/or appeals will not be entertained
